Welcome to OVID’s “Author Selects” series, where we invite an author to select a film on OVID and explain why they think you should watch it.
In our third installment, we welcome writer Ryan Douglass to discuss Joseph Dorman's documentary Arguing the World. Ryan is the author of The Dialectics Fail Me, which features essays about urban growth and production in post-industrial cities. He has lived in Boston and New York for the last decade and a half and has worked primarily as a bookseller, framer, art handler, and in warehouses. Ryan is a graduate of CUNY Queens College where he studied Urban Affairs and maintains the newsletter, The Dialectics Fail Me.
