One of the most successful arts programs for teenagers in the country thrives in a downtown neighborhood. Young Aspirations/Young Artists (Ya/Ya, Inc.) continues to offer life-changing opportunities and lessons in entrepreneurship to artistically-talented young New Orleanians.
