On another hand, in many parts of the world, people do not have access to safe and hygienic toilets, which can spread diseases. These diseases are a leading cause of morbidity and mortality. It has become obvious that we need to make significant changes in how we handle, manage and even talk about human waste. We need a “toilet revolution".
