The director follows the movement of the sun that enters through the windows of his house and illuminates various objects. He follows these movements during the day and throughout the year, discovering unsuspected associations between objects. He also observes the courtyard, the traffic of cats and birds, and the transformation of plants through the passing of the seasons. These filmings are interrupted when strangers ring the doorbell of the house and in doing so enters the film.
